I am an 18 year old girl of height 4.11 ft and weight 38 kg. I am very thin. My periods are irregular. I was advised to take Fefol and calcium tablets. Please suggest some exercise or diet to enhance my growth.
Who advised you to take Fefol - which I assume is iron plus folic acid - and calcium?
They are actually a very good idea if you are not getting those minerals from your diet.
I assume you can Google yourself and find out the foods that are rich in them - red meats, eggs, dark green leafed vegetables, fortified breakfast cereals all spring to mind immediately.
You are thin, and irregular periods would be normal because you are underweight, or perhaps at your age they have not yet settled down into a routine so don't let it worry you too much.
Honestly, I would do what everyone here is suggesting, and ask your doctor or nurse clinician.
They will advise you far better than any internet forum.
I wouldn't like to suggest anything in your circumstances except to see a doctor for help and advice or call into your chemist ASAP/

I wish I could give you a good answer but only a Dr can really give you the best advice. I wish you the best! Be careful what you take tho unless advised by your Dr. Not everything works or is safe for everybody.

I am a holistic Doctor. 1st we must established irregular. I speak on the assumption you mean less than 5 days or more than 5. This indicate the pineal gland is not functioning properly, also your sleep may be irregular. Your present diet is not adequate to support life. Fefol and calcium will do little or no good without a good solid nutrition food base. Sound like a good case of mal-nutrition to me. Which can be solve easly. You must do breakfest, fresh furits a must, eggs, bacon, oat meal, toast, orange juice, etc. lunch a peice of meat with 1or 2 vegies, diner fish and 2 vegies, force your self to eat a lot. Snack on walnuts and rasins.and a 8oz hot milk with 2 tablespoons of blackstrap molasses a powerful natural source of iron. Here's the hard part you must start an exercise routine, like right now. Add Melatonin and a multi vitamins. Please read my hub "a cure for diabetes. Which will help to get you regular and back to enjoying the things a healthy teenager enjoy doing. For God sake stay away from junk and fast foods.
There are hundreds and millions of girls in India and rest of the world who are shorter or of about your height ! It means that there is nothing wrong with your height. Growth in height comes to a stop in a couple of years or a little later, once the girls attain puberty. Better and balanced nutrition and sustained physical activity (sport & game) is resulting in increased heights in most populations around the world. You are past that stage. So it is time to make the best of other things possible for you to enhance physical appeal and other aspects of your personality for a healthier, happier and a more youthful life, over a long period of life. It is highly advisable that you begin playing some sport or game, two or three times a week, and some strengthening and endurance exercises for another two or three days. Spend an hour at the minimum in this. Since you are lean, you need nutritious diet that has vegetarian or animal protein, fat etc apart form lots of fresh green salads, fresh fruits, egg, milk, curds, sprouts. All this will give a shapely body, nice skin and hair ! Try using sun glasses and an umbrella / cap /helmet etc whenever you go out in sun during any season. Use a moisturizer every time you shower or have a wash. Study a few books and magazines that give you lot of tips about grooming and being presentable. Improve your general knowledge, awareness, communication skills, be cheerful always, be nice to everyone around you and be firm when needed. All these things will make you a wonderful person and give you nice and pleasant life, body and mind as well.
