In reviewing our new technology, I was wondering how the smart phones could change our healthy lives. I wish to try the apps for working out - as a personal trainer, I see this as a game changer in the personal training industry.
More importantly, what apps would you think would be most helpful for health?
Eating right has many apps in the works, working out has many apps already working. Other thoughts, ideas?
What do you find complicated about your health maintenance? How can it be streamlined? Would you enjoy your Smart Phone telling you when to eat?
