    ... This is interesting!! I knew you need your minimum water to flush the toxins out of your body, but this was news to me.

    Drinking water at certain time maximizes it's effectiveness on the body:


    2 glasses of water after waking up - helps activate internal organs


    1 glass of water 30 minutes before a meal - helps digestion

    1 glass of water before taking a bath - helps lower blood pressure

    1 glass of water before going to bed - avoids stroke or heart attack

      This really interesting. I've been doing this quite often and never knew it was to my benefit. I don't take baths so that one gets skipped. An incorrect time to drink any cold fluids is with meals. they cause fats to solidify in the digestive tract.

    I didn't even there it was better to drink water at certain times than others. Silly me. I tend to drink tea much more than water personally. I'm sure it has some health benefits, but I really do think I drink too much of it.
