Pre workout supplement

    What's your favorite pre workout supplement?

      Personally I only have a few scoops of protein powder, i'm on creatine atm so taking caffeine could be counterproductive!

      I have had great success with just your standard cup of coffee, lots of research showing the benefits of a simple cup over an expensive pre-workout supplement

      Depends on the workout of course but a little bit of coffee is usually involved. I have tried No X-plode in the past but the upset stomach side effects made it an unwise choice for me. After all, I want to stay hydrated not run to the bathroom several times!
