Do you think calorie counting is too stress?

    I think that it because you have to watch waht you eat and watch the label for calories. I diet but I use B-12 and it's great. I've been doing great I exercise and eat great without the calorie counting.

    B-12 Does not do much for dieting. I think the main thing is being active. If you are working out you can eat a little more freely, but in the end it is all math. Calories in vs calories out. If you take more in your gonna gain, if you burn more  your gonna lose. Simple as that!
