I always ate fruits and vegetables but do I need to go the gym?
You can get a workout at home by jumping on a trampoline, jumping rope, or jogging in place for cardio and doing things such as lifting light weights or doing squats, lunges, and burpees for strength training.
Go to the gym if you want, but I never wanted to shower at the gym. GOD knows what or who has been in those things and how thoroughly they're disinfected, if at all.
You can dedicate a small space in your home for a gym, but it's not uncommon to just pull certain things out of closets or from beneath the bed and put them away when you're done. However you get exercise, get it. Good luck.
