People often believe that looking good resumes to genetics or cosmetics... but beauty and youthfulness of live comes from within. Our behaviors clearly have a great deal of influence on how we look and feel through our life. Some say that genetics explain everything, others believe that we can fix everything through illusionary cosmetic processes. I question both ideas... if genetics were the real problem we wouldn`t be here, right!?
First of all it`s important to realize that the aesthetic aspects are nothing but consequences of the way we care for our self and consequently our body... don`t fool yourself! Your look, no matter how good, won`t necessarily make you feel good and healthy... one must understand that most of our behaviors are unconscious and therefore the process has to start by focusing on daily behaviors and not by focusing on the desired aesthetic look.
You`re already beautiful! Believe it! It`s true!
Now that the aesthetics are taken care of lets begin to see behind/beyond that. For that you must start thinking that you (and most, if not all humans) are wrong! Question everything you usually do through your day... every little action can make all the difference!

The passage of time does not forgive anyone and the sooner we act against early ageing the better we`ll be fighting oxidation stress.

There are ways to control this accelerated aging process but one must remember to follow every suggestion on a daily basis to achieve the desired results.

One of the first steps to a proper diet is the first repast of the day. Breakfast must
be the best of all meals and like all the others it should be done calmly and sitting down. Eating while standing up can make the food not being well
digested or properly assimilated, it also makes you eat more because that way we generally eat faster than the time it takes the brain to convey the message of satiety.
Get used to put the breakfast on the table: fruit or fruit juice, fruit jams, toast or bread, yogurt and cereals. Sit down to eat and start another healthy day.
Get enough sleep
Even if you`re one of those people who work better at night or if you do not have a job
that allows you to enter at eleven in the morning then you must get used to go to bed so
you can sleep at least seven to eight hours every day. Your body regenerates itself
during sleep and to do so it must get enough time since this is not an
instantaneous process. Worse, every time you abuse stealing
hours of sleep then your body will have much more difficulty trying to recuperate and it will take more
time to do it. And forget that history of recovering the lost sleep during
the week by sleeping all morning on Saturday. Sleep during the day does not replace night sleep and the hours lost are also not recovered by simply taking a nap. Make sure you get enough sleep.
Activate your body
Keeping the muscles stimulated by exercise is halfway to a good physical
shape. No need to go to a gym and sweat like crazy - just walk half an hour or more every day
and try to find some other physical exercise you like and start doing it at least 2 or 3 times a week.
We all know that that smoking is bad for our health. But before one makes the decision to stop smoking definitely it`ll still have a great distance to walk. Think that if you become a non smoker you will only have advantages. Financially you will save enough to buy all those things you really need. Add all the savings each month and you will see that money growing and in the end of each year you`ll be able to enjoy a beautiful and well deserved vacation. But that`s not all because you will also feel that you have gain strength, better breathing, increase energy, you`ll wake up without difficulty, feeling less tiring and your skin will be brighter and more beautiful... so what are you waiting for?
