How to Lose Weight Fast Tips

Despite the fact that all nutritionists advise losing weight gradually, there are moments when time is running out and the result is needed immediately. Starving yourself to get rid of those annoying few extra pounds is certainly not recommended, although severely tighten the strap will still be quite useful. You shouldn’t use the following methods (diets) too often and , of course, you should always consult your doctor or physician before going through any of the diets, but you can try them if you do not have stomach problems and understand all the responsibility.

1. Actors Diet. It is used by dancers before a performance; dancers diet itself is very simple. Breakfast, lunch and dinner, First day: drink tomato juice and eat boiled rice all the day long. All of this, naturally, should be eaten without the use of sugar and salt. Salt retains water withdrawal from the body! During the day, you can eat rice, pour some juice into is, as much as you want.

Day Two: A day to drink 0% fat yoghurt in unlimited quantities and eat cottage cheese. Again, no restrictions on the amount! Whenever you feel hungry eat you should eat, do not starve yourself. Day three: Start the day with a cup of tea. And drink it until the evening! Cooked meat can be a dish for this day. Lunch: 8 prunes soaked in water.

Dinner: 1 egg + 1 orange.

Second day

Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee + a piece of low-fat cheese.

Lunch: 1 egg + 1 orange.

Dinner: 1 pear + 1 glass of milk.

Third day

Breakfast: 1-2 cups of tea.

Dinner: 1 cucumber + 1 tomato + piece of cheese.

Dinner: 1 cup of milk.

Fourth day

Breakfast: cereal with juice or milk.

Dinner: 1 cucumber + 1 tomato.

Dinner: 2 oranges.

3. Grapefruit Diet (weight loss up to 6 pounds). Grapefruits are wonderful since they break down fats ... Just do not sit on this diet, if you have any stomach problems, such as gastritis or ulcer. Breakfast: half a grapefruit, boiled egg, a slice of rye bread, coffee or tea with lemon.

Lunch: half a grapefruit, two boiled eggs, coffee or tea with lemon.

Dinner: half a grapefruit, two eggs hard-boiled (or cooked any other way, just not roasted!). Drink tea with lemon.

Remember one important rule - it is not enough just to sit and eat nothing in order to lose weight fast. Only sports and exercise will bring the desired result! Choose the best way or diet that suits you, and don’t forget that it is not recommended to follow the diet for more than several days. Always avoid diets that: exclude physical activity; require almost a starvation, leading to a decrease in muscle mass and reduce body; diets that prohibit the whole group of products, but frankly harmful (be alert as soon as you hear: no bread, no pasta, fruit, vegetables or meat); with food substitutes, liquid protein and energy bars; with nutritional supplements, pills, unknown substances, creams and even deodorants that promise to burn fat.
