Yes losing weight and gaining muscle comes easier to some and harder for others. Every single person is different but it is not impossible to lose weight and gain muscle as everybody says it is.

If you want to lose weight and gain muscle than there are three things yo should do in order to do just that. Diet, cardio and weight train. The word diet scares a lot of people but the term diet in this article simply refers to eating with common sense. So if you eat with common sense, do some cardio and weight train than you should be able too lose weight and gain muscle in no time.

If you want to lose weight and gain muscle than you need to make time to exercise and have an idea of what foods too eat. You also need to make sure that you stick with a routine and do not give up on it. Another good thing to do is too keep track of your results on a monthly basis.Keep a journal and write your weight loss goals down in it and right down a list of healthy foods you can consume and so forth. Another good thing to do if you are trying to lose weigh and gain muscle is too take photos of yourself on a month to month basis.

If you are trying to lose weight and gain muscle than you need to change up your workout routines as you see fit. You need to keep your muscles guessing and you need to keep doing cardio whether you like it or not. If you really want to see results than you need to be persistent and you must not get discourage. You can lose weight and gain muscle but you need to not give up on trying to do just that.

You need to decide what routines work best for you, how much cardio is needed, how many calories you need to consume and so forth. Diet/eat with common sense

 If you want to lose weight and gain muscle you do not necessarily have to go on a real strict diet. You also do not have to jump aboard the latest diet fad. All you need to do is simply eat with common sense. Eating with common sense is much better for people who just can't seem to stick with diets.

If you want to lose weight and gain muscle you should stay away from junk food and other bad foods. You know what not too eat, you know not too eat chips, fried food, fast food and stuff on that level. Simply stop eating those foods. Try to consume vegetables, fruit, dairy etc.. Whatever you do do not eat less calories than what your body needs/craves. You can easily do some research too get an idea of how many calories you are suppose to be getting on a daily basis.

See it is not that complicated and eating for your needs does not have to be a hard task. Just eat with common sense and this should help you in your journey in losing weight and gaining muscle.

Cardio

 If you want to lose weight and gain muscle than you must perform cardio. There is no way around it you need to do some cardio. You do not really have to run on a treadmill for two hours or do an elliptical machine for an hour. You can get away with going for a walk or walking on a treadmill at a comfortable pace. You should try to walk for your cardio five day a week and for at least forty-minutes.

You want to lose weight and gain muscle so there is no excuse to not walking daily. If you stick with a cardio routine you will be shocked and surprised when you start to shed the pounds. Make sure you stick with a cardio routine and do not give up on it and try not too skip days or cardio workouts.

Weight training

 If you want to lose weight and gain muscle than you should do some weight training. There are hundreds of weight routines that you can perform. Try a few routines and change up your routines as you see fit.

Try to train with weights at least three days a week. Lift both heavy, light and moderate weights but make sure you do the exercises correctly. If you want to lose weight and gain muscle than you should definitely include weight training sessions into your routines.

A good routine to follow if you want to lose weight and gain muscle is a five day weight training workout. Workout with weights five days a week and workout one muscle group a day for those five days. This is a good routine too follow if you are trying to lose weight and gain muscle.
