For years I had to deal with being over weight and not being able to really do a lot about it. I would exercise and diet and do everything I knew to do and believe I studied everything. I had even taken courses to be a personal trainer. So it really came as a surprise to me when I walked into a store one day and was looking, as I always do, at the diet pills. See I am scared to take them most of the time, but I still like to look at what's out there and what's been removed from the shelves. It keeps it in my mind not to take certain things.

See I was one of those that went to the doctor and got diet pills. I had done so great. I was losing 15 pounds a month, sometimes more. Then one day I took my medicine and was walking through Walmart and my heart started acting funny. I thought it was going to quit. I was so scared that right then and there I swore to never use diet pills that had anything to do with caffeine.

So when I found ACV (apple cider vinegar) I was extremely happy. I thought what did I have to lose. It's a natural detoxification as well as a natural diuretic. And best part, I knew it wouldn't hurt me. So first day I took two pills like it said with dinner, then the same thing the next day. When I woke the day after I wanted to see if it was doing anything at all. So off I went to my scales and I was almost jumping for joy when I looked and saw that I had lost 5 pounds. I kept it up, ten more pounds gone.

The only thing you need to worry about with ACV is it can soften bones, if you take it long term. Now some of these contain calcium but a calcium supplement is best to add with it. And make sure it has vitamin d with it. This way the calcium goes to the bones.

But try ACV for yourself, you will be greatly surprised. Just don't take more than recommended, it can cause stomach cramps if you do.
