Beat all ingredients in blender. If necessary, sweeten with a little honey and then drink.

Drinking this juice once a day until you get the desired result.

Dandelion Tea

  • 2 spoons (soup) of leaves and roots of dandelion
  • 1 cup (tea) water
  • Lemon drops

In a saucepan, boil the dandelion with water. Wait it gets warm and strain. Squeeze a few drops of lemon and drink a cup after lunch and another after dinner.
