Everyone experiences the sensations associated with anxiety at least once or twice during life. Most people are capable of working through anxiety without it having a huge impact on his day to day activities. When suffering from anxiety, most people will start by running straight to the doctor's office. If he does diagnose you with a panic or anxiety disorder, he'll simply prsecribe some medication but the pills will do nothing but mask your symptoms. You'll start to feel a little bit better, but if you stop taking the meds your life will eventually spiral out of control again. That's because the real cause of your anxiety panic attacks was never discovered or addressed.
