The Secrets Behind Long Aged People in East Asia
Countries like Japan, China, and Korea have been known have many long aged people. There are people who are more than 100 years old. Why ? What is the secret ? The oldest person in my family was my great grandmother. She died at age 90 in 1994. Until now, I never meet any person who are older than her. I still have my grandmother, she is now 78 years old. I learn that my grandmother is not as healthy as her mother. When my great grandmother still alive I never found her ill seriously, she just complaint about her knees and demand massage very often. But my grandmother has a high blood pressure and diabetes. So, what is their secret anyway ? I like to have one long age live that healthy and be blessed
Extend The Life With Fasting
For years, Asian people especially in Java, Indonesia love to fast for tradition and religious purpose. But actually, fasting is a good and healthy habit for physical, mental, and spiritual condition. Fasting is a physical detoxification. If the poison is clean from the body then the circulation of oxygen and food to all networks and cells in the body will increase. Healthy and strong cells will work optimal for regeneration cells.
Healthy and full fiber food are also the main ingredients for long age live. Yogyakarta in Central Java Indonesia has many elder that have long age. In fact, the live expectancy of Yogya people are the most highest in Indonesia (74.62 years in 2008). I have been live in Yogya for about 4 year and I learn that the simple and humble life of Yogya people is one reason why they have such long age.
What about the live expectancy in the world ? From the data of World Health Organization in 2006, Japan is the country that has the highest live expectancy it's about 82.6 years old.

The blood vessel of Okinawa elder are "young and clean", beside their homocystein and cholesterol are lower than most western people at their age. This condition may reduce the heart disease risk and cancer like breast cancer, prostat cancer, and colon cancer
Okinawa people are small and thin but very strong and use to take herbal tonic for their daily health care.
The Spiritual Life of Chinese People
In Bama, a little village in Guangxi Province are live many people with long age. Like in Pinghan in Bama village, you will find 50 people in age of 100 years and in the same time about couple hundreds people in age 90 years or more. What is their secret ? They are showing optimistic but not too over character in everything. The elder lady are showing very spiritual and love to have social interactions.They love to walk, practice light martial art like Tai Chi, gardening, praying, meditating, and keep doing phisical activities. They are so positive in social interaction. Those are the reasons why people in Pinghan are so long age live.
Healthy Eating Habit of Korean People
Korean people really love vegetables. Vegetables are everywhere in their menu. They eat meat less and a lot of veggie. In Sunchang, Korea the main menu of their people are rice and steamed vegetables.
