Here are some tips which helps you a lot if you apply them in proper manner:
- Anyone who wants to lose weight and maintain their weight loss should take regular daily exercise, lasting 30-50 minutes depending on their health, fitness and overall commitment to lose weight.
- We need to cut food calories we consume and burn off more calories by exercising more.
- It is much better to consult with a doctor before starting your dieting and exercise with that blood test is also important as dieting or exercise may cause defeciencies of minerals and other essential elements .
- Combination of calorie reduction and increased activity(by dieting and exercise) - reduce and burn a certain number of calories a day, causing a net loss of calories so your body is forced to use its own stores of fat.
- Moderate aerobic workouts incorporating jogging, brisk walking, cycling, aerobic machines, or classes not only burn calories -- they also keep your heart healthy. Try to get at least 30-40 minutes of aerobic exercise at least three or four days per week.
- If you are doing strength training during your weight loss (which you should be), you might actually see an initial gain in weight -- don't worry! You have probably lost fat and gained muscle, which is denser than fat and is much healthier.

- Save some calories for potassium and protein for after you work out, this will help reduce soreness. (A banana and an egg does the trick.)
- Try not to skip any meals as this only makes your body to retain fats for energy. A good weight loss plan is to eat healthily and exercise regularly.
- Eat lots of fresh fruit and vegetables
- Drink at least eight glasses of water a day to cleanse your body’s system .
