  2. Fat free yogurt
  3. Peanut butter (natural and unsalted)
  4. Honey
  5. A ripe banana
  6. Ice cubes
  7. Blender
  8. Big serving glass

Start by placing a clean blender on the machine, and remember to make sure it is dry, so it is safe to use. Pour a cup and a half of skim or fat free milk in to the blender; follow that by pouring half a cup of fat free yogurt. To keep up with nutritional and healthy smoothie, both of these ingredients need to be fat free. Then add two tablespoon of peanut butter and a ripe banana, which should be barely one-fourth in size. After adding all of the above ingredients, add one tablespoon of honey and ice cubes in to the blender. Close the lid of the blender now and start the machine. Apple smoothie

Things you will need!

  1. Skim milk (or fat free milk or soy milk)
  2. Vanilla yogurt
  3. Medium sized apple
  4. Apple pie spice (available in stores)
  5. Cashew butter
  6. Ice cubes
  7. Blender
  8. Smoothie glass and spoon

Begin by cleaning out your blender, as almost all of the smoothie work will take place there. Pour one and a half cup of milk in to the blender. First of all, pour about ten to eleven cups of skim milk, remember do not use regular milk, use fat free and skim milk. After this add one cup full of frozen (unsweetened) peaches and two teaspoons of flaxseed oil which is organic and cold-pressed. Blend together all of these ingredients and pour it on to a glass. At the end, stir the smoothie in a little flaxseed oil. And viola! Your peach smoothie is ready.

Lemon (orange) citrus smoothie

Things you will need!

  1. Skim milk (or fat free milk or soy milk)
  2. Lemon yogurt
  3. Medium sized orange peel
  4. Flaxseed oil
  5. Ice cubes
  6. Blender
  7. A smoothie glass


After cleaning out the blender, add about eleven cups of skim milk in it and add one tablespoon of lemon yogurt and one medium sized orange’s peel directly in to the blender. Pour a tablespoon of flaxseed oil and ice cubes, and close the blender. Blend the mixture for at least a minute and when it is ready, pour it in a glass and stir some flaxseed oil in the end. Your Lemon (orange) citrus smoothie is ready!
