Aqua Fantasy Hotel & Waterpark, Turkey - Reviews, Value for money
Thinking of visiting Aqua Fantasy in Turkey?
Heres my review of what me and my partner thought of it all. Hopefully it will help you to decide if this is the holiday for you.
Me and my girlfriend visited Aqua Fantasy in September 2007. We are both in our early twentys, so we was looking for a holiday that would have plenty to do but at the same time give us a chance to relax and forget about home.
The only downsides to the hotel were that there was quite a lot of children, so if you are looking for a quite place then maybe this is not for you. The mini bar is not included and you will be billed for anything you drink from it the following morning. You cannot take drinks up to your rooms either which was found dissapointing, but we had no problem sneaking them in anyway.
The rooms were really quite nice. The maids were good and always made our bed up with fancy decorations which was a nice touch, and they were always very friendly.
There was a variety of pools; i think 4 to choose from in the day (maybe more) and all served there own purpose. There is large pools, small pools, games pools and a relax pool. The pools really were quite good and you had good choice. There was never a bar to far away either.
The water park is quite good. Not the best in the world in my opinion but still really good fun, for the adults as well as the kids.
Food is served throughout the day which is good but if you are in the waterpark the all inclusive is not included (or at least it wasn't then - I am not sure about present).
There were plenty of bars to drink at which was good. You still got the plastic cups around the pool like in most all inclusive hotels, but in the evenings you could get a drink in a glass which was nice.
The entertainment was OK but the majority of it aimed at the kids. The hotel staff were excellent.
Overall we had a fantastic time here. It pretty much caters for all ages, but perhaps more for families with young children. It was really good value for money and you can leave the hotel and go into town, which we found a very good experience and very cheap! The weather was also fantastic as it always is in Turkey. There are some links at the top/side of the page that you can find cheaper deals to Turkey on. If you decide to go then i hope you have a great time, and please leave a comment when you get back :0).
