Cowboy Favor and Dress Up Bags

I really love the Dress up and Favor Bags available from PartyandCostume on Ebay. The Favor Bag is a faux suede bag that has a rope tie and contains: A Sheriff Badge, Harmonica, Toy Snake, and a Toy Squirt Gun.I just love the way this looks.

You also have the option of doing both the Dress Up and Favor Bag together and this will add a Western Vest, traditional Bandana and Straw Hat.

Cowboy Party Hats and Badges

Cowboy Hats make great party Favors and even better photo opportunities. There is nothing cuter than a group picture of all your little Cowboy's. Add in some Bandanas for around their necks and you are all set for snapping away.

Oh and do not forget some Badges. Add in some self adhesive Mustaches to make it more authentic.

Edible Party Favors

How about a ? These are available for sale on my website here; The Party Animal. Each Treat is approx. 4-5 ounces and HUGE. They come individually wrapped and on a stick and made fresh to order. This is one delicious way to say thank you for coming to my party. The colors can be customized to your party all you need to do is ask. Add some ribbon, attach a Thank You and that is all you need. If you want you can add in a Juice Box to give your guests a complete snack to enjoy when the party is over.

You can also create your own Cowboy Cookies to send home with the kids using Western Shaped Cookie Cutters - Like Cowboy Hats, Boots & Horses. Decorate them and send them home with a bag of fresh baked cookies to enjoy.

Stuff a Horse

Lets the kids Stuff a Horse to take home. The best part about this - your party activity doubles as your party favor. Kids absolutely love Build a Bear and this is just like that, but done in your own home for a fraction of the cost. You have a variety of horses to choose from in both 15" Size and also 8" Size so there is something for every budget.

Each Kit comes complete with Stuffable Plush of Choice, Stuffing, Birth Certificate, Wishing Star Insert and Directions. T-Shirts to decorate are also available, as well as a large variety of outfits to choose from.

Kids get to stuff their new friends by hand and each one has an easy Velcro/Zipper Closure.

Cowboy Boot Cups

One of my other favorite Party Favor Ideas are Take Home Cups. I like these for a number of reasons - they are Useful and the kids can reuse them, You can use them at the party and they can be filled with goodies. You can even personalize the plastic ones with each guests name using a permanent marker. Or you can give each child a Glass Cowboy Boot Mug.

Some ideas you can add in:

  • Cowboy Stickers and Tattoos
  • Tractors
  • Plastic Horse Figures
  • Bandana
  • Gold Nugget Gum
  • Deck of Cards
  • Fill with Cookies
  • Cowtale Candy
  • Harmonica
  • Fun Snacks - Like Beef Jerky

Have fun with it be creative and think the Wild West.

How to make a Wanted Poster

Have some fun and make some Wanted Posters for party favors. When you send out your party invitations ask the parents to send or email you a photo of their child. This way you can do this ahead of time and have them hung around the house - then when the party is over you can send them home with the kids. They will no doubt get a kick out of these. Being creative with your crimes and watch them all laugh as they read them.
