Memorable Easter Gift Ideas

Baby's First Easter happens only once so capture the moment on film and celebrate by giving your daughter, son, or grandchild one of these unique Easter gifts that will be cherished for years to come. Many of these ideas include some sort of personalization...any gift can be made more special by embroidering, engraving, or etching the name of the child on the gift itself.

In this hub, you'll find my top 5 favorite 1st Easter gifts along with a few more ideas from Amazon. They have some great First Easter board books that are perfectly sized for baby's little hands.

For Easter craft ideas for older kids, Easter egg dying tips, and food ideas, visit this All About Easter page. And most importantly, have a "Hoppy" Easter!

#1) Personalized Happy Easter Basket

Give baby an extra special treat with a gift set that was created just for them. Any gift for that special some-bunny is better personalized and this baby's first Easter gift set from All About Gifts & Baskets features not only a personalized bib with either pink or blue trim, but also a large 13" tall plush Easter bunny (by Gund) with a pink or blue ribbon tie. Both items are presented in an egg-covered gift box that is wrapped in cellophane and tied with a matching bow.

Too cute!!

#2) Personalized First Easter Bunny

Kids love cuddling up with something that is nice and soft so a plush Easter bunny is a great 1st Easter gift choice. Many online shops sell personalized Easter bunnies, but I love this one from the Personalization Mall. The bunny is all decked out in a cute embroidered t-shirt for Spring. It measures 12" tall from the tip of its ears to the bottom of the toes. The t-shirt is available in pink or blue and is embroidered with the baby's name along with "First Easter".

#3) First Easter Photo Frame

Another fun find from Personal Creations is this wooden personalized first Easter photo frame. Every proud parent loves to display photos of their little ones around the house. So on Easter morning take a picture of your adorable child as they enjoy Easter activities such as opening an Easter basket, playing with eggs, or cuddling up with their Easter bunny. This particular wooden frame will hold a 3.5" x 5" photo and it arrives laser-engraved with the child's name and First Easter caption.

Another option is to create your own Easter themed frame. You can find inexpensive wooden frame kits that you can embellish with foam Easter cut-outs or with paint. Use stencils to paint on baby's name along with the first Easter caption.

#4) Easter Themed Blanket

Personalized baby blankets are available in all shapes and sizes, but this Easter, choose one that fits in with the holiday perfectly....a duck, lamb, little chick, or bunny character.

You can find all these shapes and more at Baby Gifts & Gift Baskets. Best of all, they'll embroider the blanket with the child's name and in some cases, a "First Easter" caption.

#5) Personalized Easter Apparel

Dress your little chick up for the Easter holiday by purchasing a piece of apparel that is embroidered with their name along with an Easter themed design. One of my favorite first Easter gifts are these personalized baby long johns from Personal Creations. They are available in sizes from 6 to 18 months so you should be able find a pair in either blue or pink that fits baby perfectly. The button up back flap features an adorable Easter egg design along with baby's name and 1st Easter in a color coordinating thread.

Adorable stuff. You know, I received an easter bunny stuffed doll when I was 4 or 5 years old. I had it for years, poor thing became so tattered. It was so traumatic when my mother trashed it when I was 12!
