Halloween by Roseanne - the Halloween episodes
Roseanne ran from 1988 until 1997. It starred Roseanne Barr and John Goodman and was an original idea for a family sitcom. It was about a working class family who had trouble making ends meet, had bratty kids and suffered the same problems as many of their viewers. It certainly was not your usual "Father Knows Best" type of sitcom.
From seasons 2 through 8, Roseanne had special Halloween episodes every year. It was some of the most entertaining television.
While most families make a huge deal over Christmas, the Connor's considered Halloween to be the best holiday of the year. No one does Christmas music like the Irish. There are some great Irish versions of traditional and non-traditional Christmas songs out there.
While a Christmas tree can light up an entire house and make a room look magical, it is possible to make your home look amazing for the season without having one.
A top 10 list of cartoon characters will always be subjective. Cartoons today are not what they used to be and I fondly remember the characters of my childhood.
