How to Dye Popcorn

You can also Dye your Popcorn any color you want. If you would like to do this instead of adding food coloring to the Marshmallows I am going to share how. Coloring your Popcorn is not only great for Popcorn Cakes, but also for special occasions like Holidays, Birthday Parties, Movie Parties etc... It adds an extra fun element to Popcorn Time and it is pretty EASY to do. There are many ways it can be done, but I am going to share an easy one with you.

What you will Need:

  • Popped Popcorn
  • Ziploc Baggies
  • Butter Flavored Cooking Spray
  • Powdered Food Coloring (I honestly did not know this existed until now)

If you are making multiple colors then place some Popcorn into each bag. Then Spray the Popcorn with your Butter Flavored Cooking Spray, Add in some of the color you want and Seal the Bag Up and SHAKE really well to coat.

Then add in all the colors you made into a bowl and you have some Fun Popcorn that is Unique and Fun!!
