What is christmas really about.

I don't want much for Christmas, I just want love and happiness for the people around the world this year who celebrates this holiday, I rather give to those who can't afford to buy a gift.

I love to see the expression on the children faces, when they talk about Christmas.

I just want everyone to be happy this Christmas. so here is a little poem I wrote for Mr. Claus.

a little humor to lighten up your spirits for the holiday.

Now it was the night before Christmas,

All of my family was alseep

so, I took a peep at all those presents under our Christmas tree

This was in nineteen sixty three

My siblings were older than me

so, I said to myself maybe my parents probably

forgot about me.

Then I heard someone , or something

moving about in the house,

I said, maybe it my brother pet mouse.

then I decided to take a peep downstairs,

and to my surprise, dear old Rasta Santa

where standing there looking all suspicius

Bold, as I am, I said, Santa "what are you doing?

He turned to me and said, Santa is just looking,"

so, I kept on walking slowly down the stairs,

that's when I saw the tears

Santa Claus wa in tears.

What's the matter? Santa

that is when he turned to me and said,

"What about me,?

I need a Christmas present too

I am tired of this old Santa suit..

Very nice! I like your thoughts on giving to others. If Christmas serves any purpose anymore, let it serve that one. Happy Holidays!

Wonderful. I myself don't want much for Christmas either. I actually like to give more than get and that's why I am so depressed this holiday because I cannot give as much as I wanted to. Voted up.

Beautiful ! It had me trying to figure out what's next, from the time you went to peek .ha. Kept me reading with great expectation and you delivered . Santa is tired of the suit. And he looks pretty fit from here.

Now here I am trying to remember who sang this . I 'll remember , that you now I am laughing.

I met him in Brooklyn , told me he was living in Queens that time. Lord Nelson.

A lovely poem and I never thought I would shed a tear for Santa.

I love to give, it is such a pleasure seeing those smiles. I said to someone else this morning, might have been wiilstar, wouldn't it be wonderful if we could all be someone elses angel just for a day.

Have a wonderful Christmas my friend
