What would be the ultimate birthday gift for a man?

    In your opinion, of course.

If I wrote a hub on this they would disable my ads, so I will just simply say most (not all) men would be happy with the fantasy of their choice fulfilled.

Why, Wonder Woman, of course, and they'd become new Marvel Super Heroes (maybe D.C. Comics) who would defeat evil together! wink

The obvious. Why? Because men, unlike women, have few outlets for their emotions of vulnerability. From our culture, we men equate vulnerability with 'weakness', even though this is not so. Most men only allow themselves to be vulnerable for those few moments of bliss in our women's embrace. Our women take us into their bodies and hold us; we know it is their supreme gift to us. And why is this vulnerability we experience when we are there so very important? Because it is in vulnerability that we get our emotional battery recharged, we are 'fed' through the nurturing of the act, we can 'let down' and truly, completely relax. There are many men who are unable to articulate this, because they lack the emotional language that comes so easily to women. The embrace of our woman goes far beyond the physical act; the physical act is just a vehicle for something deeply intimate, spiritual, and satisfying. No purchased item or trinket, or gadget could ever be as much of a gift as that. So, you see, it is not about the obvious, it's about what is hidden beneath the obvious that is the real gift.

Seriously, can you talk to my husband?  Because he'd rather have a real expensive elephant gun or tickets to a football game.   I wish I was joking...anyway, I voted this the best answer, because it's just awesome. smile  Thanks.

A friend of mine and I have been wanting to do a mens retreat for years...sit around the campfire in warpaint, loin cloths, beating drums...teach guys how to learn emotional language, intimacy, and passion...but can't find any guys to sign up!

I'm not sure I'm allowed to say what my first thought was haha. I would suggest maybe a watch? I bought my boyfriend a watch for Valentine's Day and he bought me one for my birthday, it's a really great romantic gift because it means you think about the other person every day when you put it on or check the time smile
