Drinking of the Green!
Green cocktails are perfect
St. Patrick's Day, Earth Day - any day that fits the "green" theme is perfect to make a signature party drink!
For those of us who aren't crazy about beer - it's been a bit difficult to find the perfect green libation for celebration. Through diligent research and experimentation, we've discovered some delicious options.
The easiest way to make a green cocktail of your own is, of course, to use a green-colored liqueur. These include Absinthe, Chartreuse, Creme de Menthe, Midori, Sour Apple Schnapps, or any of several boutique liquors or colored/flavored liquors now available.
Another way is to mix strongly colored blue and yellow liqueurs - my favorite combination (in combination with vodka or gin) is Blue Curacao and Galliano.
Come up with your own or try one of these - the possibilities are endless!
Be a better bartender!
