What's the difference between a holiday tree and a Christmas tree?

    Like in legal terms.

Holiday trees can't be adorned with stars (of Bethlehem), angels, crosses, baby Jesuses, or anything else remotely religious.

I don't know, this one seems to have a star. Perhaps there is a legal premise set for the amount of points the star has.

Holiday trees celebrate "Holiday" a Pastafarian tradition.

Ah Ha! I knew it! The pastafarians are trying to cover up Christmas by replacing the Christmas tree with their own eight pointed star abomination.
