Among the most popular and encouraging Christmas movies every made is "It's a Wonderful Life," starring James Stewart and Donna Reed.

There are a lot of powerful images included in the drama, with the emotions ranging from despair to enthrallment, as we all related to the struggles of Stewart's character as he faced ruin and the end of a dream.

His initial response to his wife and family and how it affected them remains etched in many of our minds as we have probably all faced similar responses to life's difficulties.

Wallpaper of Joyful Scene in "It's a Wonderful Life"

One of the most memorable positive scenes in "It's a Wonderful Life" is this one of the family in joyful celebration after facing adversity and not only surviving, but thriving in it. I always wonder what it was that was done to make them smile and laugh so genuinely.

It's a terrific moment, and a fantastic wallpaper to have on our computer or other screen to uplift our spirits and remind us all of the fact that we can come out on the other side of any troubles we face.

Beautiful Color Wallpaper of Joyful Celebration from "It's a Wonderful Life"

Unless someone is among the most cynical, angry and unforgiving, this is one of the most uplifting and positive images to brighten up any day.

The terrific capturing of the love flowing out from the eyes of this family in the movie was done amazingly well and realistically, making one believe that this couple and family meant every bit of what is seen in the movie.

Wallpaper of Clarence the Angel

The likable but somewhat daffy or odd Clarence the Angel from the film is a pretty cool image that reminds us that not all the forces in this world are seen, and many invisible things are happening around us which affect and influence our lives - for better or worse, depending on how we respond to them.

Clarence is one of the more unique angel characters in film history, with a number of them that followed in his footsteps taking on some of the characteristics associated with him to some degree or another.

Even with his 'weaknesses' and idiosyncrasies, you can't help relating and liking the benevolent communicator from heaven in some way.

This wallpaper of this fascinating character is a reminder of the fact you just never know what's behind the exterior of someone that may not be that impressive outwardly.

Wallpaper of Artist's Rendition of Bedford Falls

I really like this rendition of Bedford Falls, the fictitious town which was the locational center of the movie.

The scene and city is captured extraordinarily well, and overs a terrific glimpse of the times the movie was set in, as well as some wonderful memories associated with the film as life went on around the story.

Everything is really worked together well, with the line of trees on the street decorated for Christmas for all to enjoy; the old main street look with all the shops; and best of all to me, that fantastic look at the cars from that period in history, which were definitely very cool looking. People today still enjoy owning or driving around in one of this great cars, which are designed uniquely for any period in history.

The people scurrying about also reminds one of a time when almost everyone in a neighborhood or small town greeted and at least generally, knew or recognized one another. And if not, there was still a warm and friendly greeting for everyone that ran into. Terrific wallpaper.

Singing Auld Lang Syne Near End of Movie

Who can forget when the brother comes in near the end of the movie and all the family and friends of George begin to sing "Auld Lang Syne" in anticipation of the New Year and better days ahead?

This heartwarming scene after the brother endured and survived bad weather in order to make it home for the Christmas holiday is one that anyone that has watched the movie will never forget.

It seems that's what makes "It's a Wonderful Life" so endearing and enduring, in that it touches on many of the basic things that are important to all human beings, and it brings them forth in a way that most of us can related to.

This is why wallpapers of this amazing movie are so popular and desired, as it's extremely difficult not to feel great after viewing those like the one's seen here.

I know it was mentioned earlier, but it's worth repeating again. Whoever it was that worked behind the scenes and/or camera here to get the people to look so genuinely engaged and happy, as if it was a part of real life did an exceptional job.

Look at the happy and believable faces of the actors in these scenes to see how authentic it really appears to be.

I voted up because it is the first hub I have seen that honors my favorite Christmas movie ever and the film director is my great-uncle Frank Capra. He is my mom's uncle and was an amazingly talented film director. With him and Jimmy Stewart you can't go wrong. My grandfather was related to him and passed away as well and was a film editor, did Stephen King's IT...been missing my family that has passed away and this hub brought up the two most incredile people and very talented. Their talent I am sure is missed. I remember being at a movie premiere after my grandfather retired at Warner Brothers Studio Lot and being so proud to be with my grandfather. This was so special to me thank you even though you had no idea you would impact me this way:) I am going to follow you.

I think this movie is special in many of our hearts. I love the photos and it is also a reminder how simple life was...even though same problems existed.
