Every being with the wherewithal to possess dental floss, make sure to use it every night.

Spend on what you need, save for what you want, purchase within your means; no joking.

No littering…ever.

Speak to your loved ones in a tone and manner that makes both of you warm and fuzzy.

Don’t allow anyone the power to make you feel anything short of magnificent.

Move your body as much as you can; there are those that cannot.

Hugs…not drugs.

Drink more water.

Complete at least one chivalrous act each day, even if it is only for Fido.

Tell your significant other how hot they are…and mean it.

Eat your vegetables.

Learn a new recipe.

Stop smoking. This time…forever.

Go outside and really enjoy something only found in the wonders provided by Mother Nature.

Let the car in front of you merge.

Say you’re sorry even if it hurts…you will feel so much better when you are done.

Make up with your friend and/or loved one before it is too late.

Be patient, especially with yourself.

Don’t say something hurtful just because it may be true.

Embrace those you love with gusto.

Go clean your overworked/sick/stressed out friend’s house.

Send a funny card to someone just because.

Ding dong ditch your favorite neighbor, and then fess up with a smile and a bottle of wine.

Change your hairstyle.

Read a book with more than 1,000 pages.

Learn a new language, and then visit the country of its origin.

Spend more time with your loved ones talking and listening without any technology within arm’s length.

Tell your boss what they do that impresses you…dig deep if you must.

Smile on the outside no matter what is happening on the inside, it helps, I swear.

People watch; without judgment.

Help someone in need, every time the situation presents itself.

Observe and enjoy the talents of the gifted without jealousy.

Figure out what your true passion is, and then pursue it until it is yours.

Get passionate about something else, now.

Stay in touch with the people you love.

Play a silly game with the little ones in your life.

Unclutter every inch of your world…yes, even your ‘junk drawers’.

Organize your photos.

Compliment someone every single day.

Volunteer your time to the organization that strikes a chord in your heart.

Ask your parents and grandparents when and where they fell in love.

Tell your kids what they did to make you proud, every day.

If you are being served and served well, tip at least 20%.

Say please and thank you each and every time it is warranted.

Be honest, but not to a fault.

Thank your in-laws for bearing the love of your life.

Skip. No really, skip; like you did when you were young, preferably in a highly populated area.

Flirt with your spouse…a lot.

Treat your kids with love, kindness and respect, and teach them to recycle the same.

And lastly, be sure to stop and smell, well, anything you love the aroma of…roses, fresh brewed coffee, lilacs, and fresh baked everything.

May 2012 be all you've ever dreamed of that had you waking up with a smile on your face!
