How to get rid of pigmentation marks on your face

Pigmentation problems can affect anyone after teenage years until old age. Hormonal changes and exposure to sun are the two main reasons. In order to get rid of pigmentation marks on your face is not an easy task and takes time to see visible results. I had pigmentation problems which disappears and reappears now and then.

You can find more details & solutions on this ebook

I had severe pigmentation problems about 5 years ago in the chin area. I tried many home remedies from using a tomato to turmeric to facials and nothing worked. A beautician suggested that it is the problem of dandruff and her facial and other aroma oils did not turn out to be effective. Finally I ended up in consultation with a cosmetic dermatologist. She prescribed a hydroquinone cream with Kjolic acid which I applied for about 1 month every night. Added to that she prescribed Vitamin A ane e tablets to improve the appearance of skin. Apart from these, she also suggested taking infra red light treatment in 2-3 sitting treatment. The duration of this treatment depends on the intensity of pigmentation problem. Finally my face cleared up showing visible results.

Once it clears up a sun protection cream of SPF 15 or more have to be used. The sun protection cream cannot provide the protection that your clothing can offer. Avoiding too much exposure to sun at noon time is another good way to avoid pigmentation problems.

Once you have pigmentation problem you may be quite embarrassed until you find a treatment that would show visible results. During this time period, I would suggest using anti dullness creams, foundation creams with one shade brighter than your face or using a concealing stick. This way the pigmentation problem can be masked until the pigmentation is completely removed of your face.

I just want to say Thank you for this information. I noticed these brown marks on my left side of my face and above my left eyebrow. A doctor told me it was due to menopause. I started early at 43. I just wanted to thank you for sharing your information. I now know what to do besides hide behind my make-up.

Thanks,

Jennifer
