Here’s how to do it:
Hang Clean - Stand with the barbell with over hand grip slightly wider than shoulder width. Bend your knees and hips so the barbell touches mid-thigh; keep your shoulders over the bar with your back arched. Arms are straight with elbows pointed along the bar.
Jump upward extending your body while at the same time shrugging your shoulders pulling the barbell upward with the arms allowing the elbows to flex out to the sides. Keep the bar close to your body during the entire movement. Aggressively pull the body under the bar while simultaneously rotating your elbows around the bar. Catch the bar on the shoulders while moving into a squat position. Hit the bottom of the squat, and stand up immediately
