Happy Mother's Day Poems
Here are some beautiful and Happy Mother's Day verses and poems I like and want to share with you.
My Mother /Author Unknown
My Mother, my friend so dear
Throughout my life you're always near.
A tender smile to guide my way
You're the sunshine to light my day.
As you see, this is a very short and sweet Mother's Day Poem for your special mom!
And how about this Mother Day Poem:
M - O - T - H - E - R / Author: Howard Johnson
"M" is for the million things she gave me,
"O" means only that she's growing old,
"T" is for the tears she shed to save me,
"H" is for her heart of purest gold;
"E" is for her eyes, with love-light shining,
"R" means right, and right she'll always be,
Put them all together, they spell
"MOTHER"
A word that means the world to me!..."
Oh dear.... Some things I'd not write to my mom.... Like:
"O" means only that she's growing old,
What an insulting thing to say to your mother on mothers day or on any day...
Listen up, mothers or any women, as a matter of fact, never like to hear how old they are getting.
Instead, I'd write maybe:
"O" means that she'll never grow old,"
You really don't want to insult your mother on mothers day!!!
I mean, even if it isn't true, it gives a more possitive air to the whole verse!
All in all, once we take care of the 'old thing', this poem is a very nice, sweet and loving Mothersday Poem suitable for young children and teens to put on a Mother's Day Card for their kind and wonderful mothers!!!
A poem is a very nice attachement to a Mothers Day Gift Basket or Mothersday Flowers.
I think that sending flowers is a very good and thoughtful act, which your mother will really apreciate, since I think every mother loves flowers and would love to get some at least once a year on mothers day!!!
Haven't you ever heard you mother say: "Oh How I wish that someone would give some lovely flowers to me."
Or: "How beautiful those flowers are!!!" and with some longing in her voice: "How long it's being since someone/anyone gave or bought me some lovely flowers!!!"
And of course: "How I wish to have some flowers!!!"
Or any thing else in these lines....
However, even if you never heard her say that or hadn't paid attantion to her when she did, her heart is most probably aching for those flowers and for that chance to show them of to all of her friends and tell them all about her wonderful son or daughter who gave her such a nice mothersday gift!!!
So be the one who fulfills her secret heart's wish!!!
And give your mother those Flowers at least one time a year on.. Mothers Day!!!

How to Write Your Mother a Pretty Card Poem for MothersDay
Write a poem for your mom on some pretty piece of paper with little decorations you can draw on the sides, add some red hearts - mothers love that kind of stuff!
Or get a card from a shop if you're lazy and hate artwork.
You can also dab the purchased or your home made MothersDay Card with a few drops of essential oil or perfume, for extra sweet loving effect.
Attach card with your message of love and the Mother's Day Poem to some especially beautifull flowers which your mom really likes, and send them to her!
