Obesity is something that worries constantly teenagers, mainly girls, sometimes even if there is no such feeling fat obesity.
the teenagers obesity in the world today where it seems that is
made to lean from one garment, a car seat or airplane group young
people have that vision of perfection regardless of body physique of
each.
Moreover obesity is being provided by leading a sedentary
lifestyle for young people spend many hours at a computer and let alone
that they prefer junk food consumption often risking their health.
Most young people do not respect the three basic meals a day, or
on those occasions consume cheap or easy meal preparation by increasing
consumption of fried food and sweet drinks.
Something that also claim some experts is how dangerous breakfast
or breakfast is not bad, something that teenagers do not habituate to
consider this as the most important meal of the day.
Another factor is that teens diet nutritional imbalance, in which
spending does not match the calories consumed as total protein intake
are often not those required by a growing and developing
Avoiding obesity in adolescence
* Increase consumption of fresh produce (fruits, vegetables and cereals).
* Consume 2 servings of vegetables daily or three fruits a day.
* On the day drinking a pint of milk.
* Eat fish.
* Eliminate fried foods from the diet.
* Limit consumption of sweet drinks.
* Reduce salt intake.
* Drink at least two liters of water per day.
* Being physically active.

I agree with gusripper, it starts at home. But alot of teens are do the right thing by being busy with sports and exercising and watching their diets.
All of this starts in the home. What else is there to say....

The responsibility belongs to PARENTS.Everything starts from the age of 3-4 when childs start to stay at home infront of the TV alot of hours.
