There are now several fronts going to put to rest the problem of Barrack Hussein Obama/Soetoro's hidden vital records. One investigator started out working with Attorney Leo Donofrio, but now she is continuing on. She is known by many simply as "TerrK." Initially in her blog, MissTickly.wordpress.com, she started focusing on something she likes to call "legalese." For those of us who may be unfamiliar with agency terminology and rules, it can be very challenging to decipher what is reality. What she first noticed on the famous COLB that has been online is that there is the wording "Filed by Registrar" vs "Accepted by Registrar." She states that the former simply means that the concerned party, namely Barrack Hussein Obama, can submit, by law amendments to his vital records. That would be stated as "Filed." However, the Registrar then has to confirm the data submitted and when that happens, it would be changed to "Accepted by Registrar."

So, what Dr. Chiyome Fukino has stated publicly has been a parsing of words. More like evasion. In order to obtain the information that is legally allowed into the public domain, "TerriK"  has been also juggling her words to try to pry out whatever information there is. In fact, even though everyone thinks Fukino said she saw Obama's birth certificate, in fact she did not say that. Read this carefully, this is her July 27, 2009 statement:

“Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawai‘i, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawai‘i State Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures.”

It really means this: “Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawai‘i, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics…have personally seen ..that the Hawai‘i State Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures.”
