Some aerobic sports are very beneficial during pregnancy and after delivery, but if you hate exercising can be made regular walks.
Benefits of exercise:

     * Helps prevent, reduce stretch marks and varicose veins.
     * Improve constipation.
     * Reduces blood pressure levels.
     * Avoid pains of pregnancy such as backache.
     * Does not allow an excessive weight gain.
     * Raise your self-esteem.
     * Improves tone and endurance of muscles.
     * Reduce stress and tension.
     * Help you sleep better.

As indeed are many benefits of exercise in pregnancy, so if you


practiced some physical activity can continue provided they are recommended for pregnancy. If you were not doing any activity is better to wait past the first trimester.

The most important thing is not over-exhaust the body due to excessive exercise can cause contractions in the uterus and cause complications in pregnancy.

And never miss a medical examination and consultation if necessary before the slightest doubt
