  5. Diet means starvation. When you restrict food intake it signals your body that food is scarce.
  6. Dieting makes your body more efficient at conserving calories and storing them as fat.
  7. The number of pounds lost rather than by the true objectives; this is how diets judge their success. It increases energy, you feel good about your self and you look good in your clothes once again.
  8. People tend to stop their weight loss programs when they reach their goal. So once you reach your goal you stop the diet and return to your normal eating habits so the weight eventually comes back.
  9. The diet sodas increase your appetite and leaches calcium from your bones. The also contain aspartame which drains your strength, your energy and your stamina.
  10. Weight loss programs are short term eating habits which will change, but doesn’t change your mindset about food.

Exercise is the most important thing and there’s no getting around it: in order to lose weight and keep it off, you definitely need to exercise. Exercise must become a part of our daily life. The best of all habit is to exercise in the morning.

You must make up your mind to exercise in the morning like a business appointment which you can’t cancel easily; you are at risk for a heart attack if you are over weight.
