The benefits of wine is a topic to which we refer vivirsalud permanently, studies on the pros and cons "that can have this delicious drink is plentiful and that we find today is no exception.

Drinking a glass of wine with fish increases benefits for the health of your heart.

One or two glasses of wine a day increase the amount of healthy omega-3 fatty acids in the blood. The study, conducted by the Catholic University of Campobasso in Italy, found that moderate wine makers have higher levels of omega-3s in their blood, even when their diet is based solely on fish consumption.

The wine affects the metabolism of omega-3 and omega-3 found in oily fish like salmon, protect the heart by lowering levels of triglycerides, reducing inflammation and preventing heart rhythm problems.

Meanwhile the wine increases levels of "good cholesterol" and reduces the chances of blood clots that are generated. Again ... keep drinking wine! (in moderation).
