What Happens After A Break Up

Many people ask, "What can I do to get my ex girlfriend back" after a breakup. Most men (and women) tend to over analyze what went wrong. Their minds just go round and round trying to figure out if they did something wrong. They wonder whether or not they should apologize. They wonder if they should call, send a letter, a love note, or maybe a gift in the spirit of reconciliation.

In most instances it is harmful to constantly think about what went wrong. It can cause sleeplessness, anxiety, lack of appetite, and more.

What To Do Next

The main strategy you can take to get your girlfriend back is to put some time and distance between the two of you. Give yourself a couple of months and, make new friends, go to the movies, take yourself out to a nice restaurant. Take the time to learn more about what women are like and what they need.

This strategy will give you a couple of months to relax and get to know yourself better. You will be in a better position to know if you still want to get back together with your girlfriend after a break. If you still want to get back together with her it might be time to find out how she is feeling.

You need to have a game-plan.

You can be direct with your girlfriend and still play it cool. If you have given her some time apart from you, she may be missing you as much as you are missing her. Be a little hard to get. Call her, but don't ask her out. Ask her out and at the end of the date leave her at her door. Subtly let her know that you are doing okay without her. Most likely she will take the time to think things over and reconsider your relationship.

Be careful not to over-think things again. Relax, take it slow, and stop asking yourself "what can I do to get my ex girlfriend back".

WANT TO GET BACK TOGETHER WITH YOUR EX?  HERE IS YOUR GAME PLAN!!!
