These days are hard for those how are running their blogs on blogger.com. About 2 months ago they start deleting users blog without any perior notice. Even they deleted the blogs which were online from many years. Generallt they turn deaf ear when a victum request for restoring his/her blog. Even they are not ready to tell the users the true reason for deleting their blog. Here are a few request made by different users for restoring their blog on blogger help forum.

Hi,
I just tried to visit my own blog, and to my surprise the whole blog was gone. The address is (or was) http://rinke-nota.blogspot.com . I am pretty sure I did not delete the blog myself, but I could have made a mistake somehow. To be sure, the blog was managed under a different Google account than the one I'm posting this message from. Apparently my whole account was deleted (!) in the process...
Hope someone can help here, or can give me suggestions where to find additional information on how to get my blog and account back.

I didn't delete it! I don't know what happened, I haven't even been on the site for awhile. How do I get it back? I did not violate any terms of service. If it was reported as SPAM, I want to know why! I've had the BLOG fro several years and never had a problem.
Somebody please help. I've already sent Customer Service an email.
Does anyone know why this happened and how I can fix it?????

There are many factors that count toward healthy looking skin. If you desire a glowing skin you need to follow these instruction.
- The most important factor for a good skin is a balance diet. You food most contain all necessary components i.e. Vitamins, Protein, carbohydrates and minerals etc. In simple words if you have four colors red, green, white and brown on your table, it means that your diet is balance.
- Besides a healthy diet, a good sleep is a great contributor toward healthy and glowing skin. Generally we need about 8 hours sleep on daily basis. You can observe the negative effects on incomplete sleep on your face very easily and immediately.
- Do avoid going out in the sun and if you need to, begin using a sunscreen with SPF of 15 or higher to protect your skin from getting damaged.
- Water is very essential to keep your skin hydrated. Some people suggest 8 glasses daily, some 10 and some 12, but I suggest that amount of water, which bring your urine color with of water daily, to keep your skin.
- A regular facial is very necessary to keep your skin healthy for long: A facial deeply cleanses and maintains the skin by exfoliating dead skin cells. Generally facial consist of these steps:1) Cleansing 2) Exfoliating 3) Steaming and 4) Moisturizing
- If you are smoker then it is the time to quite smoking not only for your skin, but also for your general health. Nicotine has negative effect on skin health. It attacks the blood vessels that feed the skin with nutrients and oxygen, as well as those that drain away the waste products from the skin. Your skin therefore becomes poor at ridding itself of unwanted substances and in severe cases also starts to lack oxygen.
- Try to drink tea and coffee in moderation, as these include caffeine, which prevents your body from making good use of the vitamins and minerals from your food. In the result there appear spots on you skin and it looks greasy.
- Avoid or minimize the use of chemical based cosmetics. In the long run it can damage your skin. Instead of these products I suggest to use natural products, preferably home made.

There are many reasons for hair weakness .The most important cause of hair weakness is inadequate nutrition. Even a partial lack of almost any nutrient may affect hair. Stress, such as worry, anxiety and sudden shock leads to a severe tension in the skin of the scalp. This adversely affects the supply of essential nutrition required for the healthy growth of hair.
Long-standing illnesses like typhoid, syphilis, chronic cold, influenza and anemia, also gives rise to hair disorders. It makes the roots of the hair weak, resulting in falling of hair. An unclean condition of the scalp can also cause loss of hair. This weakens the hair roots by blocking the pores with the collected dirt.
The healthy condition of the hair depends, to a very large extent, on the intake of sufficient amounts of essential nutrients in the daily diet. Hair is made of keratin, a protein. Protein it is supplied by milk, buttermilk, yogurt, soybean, eggs, cheese, meat and fish. Women require 60 grams, men 80 to 90 grams, adolescent boys and girls 80 to 100 grams of protein. A deficiency of some of the B vitamins, iron, zinc, copper and iodine may cause hair disorders like falling of hair, dryness and premature graying of hair.
Persons having any kind of hair problem should thus take a well balanced diet. An adequate quantity of vegetables seeds, nuts green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits, egg and milk should be included in their diet regularly.

6. Washing the hair with a paste of cooked black gram dhal, (urad dhal) and fenugreek (methi) lengthens the hair. A fine paste made from pigeon pea or red gram (arhar dhal) can also be applied regularly on bald patches, with beneficial results.
7. The seeds of lime and black pepper seeds, ground to a fine paste, is very good remedies. This paste applied on the patches, has a mildly irritant action. This increases blood circulation to the affected area and stimulates hair growth. The paste should be applied twice a day for a few weeks.
8. Take handful of fresh henna leaves, fresh fenugreek leaves, fresh Indian gooseberries and orange peel. Mix these all with coconut oil. Boil till the leaves leave their original color. It is very effective remedy for dull hair.
9. Massage of the scalp with the fingers, after washing the hair with cold water is also very effective for hair growth. The scalp should be rubbed vigorously till it starts to tingle with heat. This will activate the sebaceous glands and energize the circulation of blood in the affected area, making hair growth healthy.
10. Try to avoid the frequent use of shampoo, don't use the shampoo more then 2 or 3 times a week. Try to use a mild herbal or medicated shampoo. Rains your hair well with water after using shampoo.

Basic steps of facial

Weaning baby from breast to bottle

Please try to avoid medicine, if it necessary, you must take it on the advice of your doctor. In simple words if you are healthy your baby will be healthy. Now what to use for good health, best to use natural things instead of medicine etc. generally we take food three time a day, but in pregnancy you need to take food in small quantity 5 or 6 time a day. You must take light exercise regularly (preferably with doctor advice), but long breathing must be the part of your exercise as it increase the supply of oxygen to your blood. You must go for check up regularly.

Most of advisor miss guide our young generation by encouraging them toward masturbation. The main reason is that they take the information from sites and not from their personal experiences. They claim that masturbation protect from prostate cancer. Mover over they says:

Improve the hand writing of your kids
During my teaching I observed that the children handwriting is affected by heredity, interest, writing practice in right direction under the observation of parents or teachers.
I observed that most of the brothers and sisters have the same pattern of handwriting, though different teachers taught them (parents were not involve as most of them were uneducated)
Suggestions for improving handwriting:
1. During handwriting try to observe your child. It will make him more sensible.

3. Ask the teacher to give attention to your kid while he is writing.
4. Try to appreciate him for relative good handwriting, by appreciation words and making star etc. on his notebook.
5. Give him some prize (not worthy) for good handwriting, whenever he writes relatively well.
6. Children like drawing therefore try from drawing angle, Bought a color box and drawing book for him (if not exist already). This will bring confidence in him and will help to strengthen the muscle of his hand, which is used in writing.
7. If he is too weak in hand writing, then buy notebooks for him which contain dotted alphabets, words and sentences.
Study and sleeping
I feel sleepy while doing study, what should I do to over come this problem?
Well, study and sleeping have very positive relationship. It is not only my personal experience, but also my friend and the other people whom I talk about it have the same experience.
Here are some suggestions for you hopping this will help you.
In this regard the main thing is determination. Through determination you can do every thing.
Divide your subject in two groups i.e. theoretical and practical (such as mathematical). When your are fresh give time to theoretical subjects and when you feel tired are sleepy then give time to practical subject.
Do not study continually; whenever you fell tired give some time to relaxation by doing some light exercise or just walk for about 10 to 15 minutes.
Coffee and tea (source of caffeine) are also helpful in making one relax and also help in avoiding sleeping, bur tea or coffee should be drink in moderation.
Almost after each hour or when ever you fell tired have sprinkle of water on your face and feet.
Some people like to listen music while doing practical subjects, which keep them fresh. So you can try it.
