It's Time For New Forums on Hubpages
10 Forums I'd Like To See On Hubpages.com:
Remember the big catch phrase from Forrest Gump? "Life is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're gonna get." That's how I feel when I enter the Hubpages Forums. Either everyone's in a good mood or a bad one. Either the sun is shining brightly, or there's a horrific thunderstorm brewing. There doesn't seem to be any in-between. Sometimes I feel good about posting, while other times I'm as scared as I was in eighth grade asking Vicki Zompa to dance with me. I've come up with a solution and I hope the powers that be at Hubpages are listening. Here are the "10 Forums I'd Like To See on Hubpages.com"
NOTE: As usual, some people just don't get my sense of humor. Not that I care, but if you're going to read my hubs, be prepared for anything. You're also free to leave nasty comments below.
"You're Going Straight To Hell Forum" : Heathens Beware! This is the forum where the righteous tell the non-believers they are doomed to face a scorching, miserable, punishment-filled, pitchfork poking, afterlife. All posters MUST condemn at least 2 hubbers to Hell daily, or they too, will end up in the fiery pit. No exceptions!
"Need Help? F-Off and Die Forum! Need help or advice on how to write a Hub? Forget it. Ask your question and then sit back and LOL as seasoned hubbers tell you how stupid you are.
Report a Personal Problem Forum: This would replace the popular "Report a Problem or Suggest a New Feature" forum. Instead of reporting a Hubpages problem , you would now be able to ask the Hubpages administration for help your personal life. Paul Deeds, Maddie Ruud and Ryan Hupfer would make themselves available 24/7 to advise you on your love life, financial problems and provide medical advice.
Yay! I Got My 16th Fan Today Forum! : Yawn! Every time someone announces their fan count I want to vomit in my lap. I can't believe you took the time to give a shout out to "SpamBot3000" because they fanned you on Hubpages. Sell your computer and get your antidepressant prescription filled.

Extreme Hub Takeover Forum: Remember the Extreme Hub Makeover? This is sort of like that, only instead of helping your pathetic ass with your crappy hub, we just steal it from you, re-write it and post it under our own accounts.
The Hubbers Hanging Forum This is a fun forum where you make posts concerning what hubbers should be sentenced to be hung (preferably in public) and the reason for their execution. Have fun and post away!

I used to be a giant box of fail. Then I realized that Google just hated jackalopes. I ony check my adsense 15 times an hour now. On the bright side, I only have $62.11 to go! So I'll just hang out on the report a personal problem forum.

Only a couple of comments to make:
1. That's a pretty comprehensive list. The only addition I could suggest would be a "Discuss Your Medical Problems and Procedures" forum.
2. Only 80 fans to go until I get to 500 Wheeeee!

Well B.T. I can honestly say I have only checked my adsense earnings four times in the 9 months I have been on hubpages, (and I still have a ways to go before I reach pay out). Think I care???? No, my fun is in the writing, not the money.

Wha, What? There's adsense earnings? I have yet to receive a little penny. The only reason I hang out here is that I LOVE the people. There are wonderful writers and good people...money, not so much!
I wrote a few articles on Triond and somehow, I get a little payment in my PayPal account each month? What is up with that? Whoa, actually getting a bit o' pennies for my thoughts.
I don't do the forums here, there are only so many hours in a day, but your article was pretty funny!

This sounds similar to Customer Service Day - where the Servers give the customers hell for a day - it's all about balance afterall! Political correctness could do with an anal probe sometimes. Nice hub.

LOL. If my forum post on nearing 300 fans was at least part of yourinspiration, then I am a proud Hubber. And you are so right, sometimes participating in the forums is scary, like facing the wrath of my first grade teacher when I stepped on her foot by accident. Extreme Hub Takeover would be my haunt. So much easier to steal an idea than create one. Thumbs up!

I think all the same thoughts as you on these forum ideas. However, you were very clever to dispel it all here for us. I especially like the idea of annoucing my fan forums because that one gets really old. Not when people reach a landmark, but when they open a thread just to say they now have ten fans lol. Also, when people open a thread to thank everyone at hubpages for reading their hubs. Why not just send some of your fans a personalized email?
"Need Help? F-Off and Die Forum!" Is the funniest, as there is a little bit of truth in each joke. I have seen some newbies heads chopped off for no reason, or maybe the reason was for entertainment at their expense.

"The Stalkers Lookout" Forum.
The RFRWC forum would be funny, but the people on that hub wrote it and respond because they love arguments. Maybe starting a real thread about it would be interesting to see what everyone thinks about that one.
Google doesn't pay out when I reach $10. Oh man it will be 2012 before I see a check from them. I guess I won't need to report it on my taxes then.

Oh I really find the RFRWC hub very contradictory, and once I made the mistake of saying I would not agree with them. Well I found out there they will accuse you of insulting them by rallying back 1,000 of insults. It is a really funny hub for sure, especially since it is inviting an argument.

Cindy, you should rewrite that hub:) That would be hysterical. I'm glad you have no stalkers, either. You have no worries from me. I'd be a horrendous stalker. I get severe motion sickness, so I hardly ever fly and on a boat, I lose my breakfast, lunch and dinner.

*The biggest troll, sort of like the biggest loser, but this time it will be a forum for trolls.
ha ha! Those are great! You know what would be fun? If we could have a "zap" button where we could just block trolls comments. Kind of like Digg has with the "bury" button.
I don't visit any forums on HubPages but after I read this hub I would love to take a peek of any one of them especially this "You're Going Straight To Hell Forum". Why don't you write a hub on this title?

Now that I had me rolling...unfortunately for me, I do check my adsense earnings very frequently and do cartwheels for every two cents I earn (But hubpages is prob not my income source as i only get about 20-40 visits a day)

I would have seen this sooner, but I was busy checking my Adsense earnings and joining my own fan club twenty times. You mock us losers on interweb, and yet, it's so much work! I work tirelessly, day after day, and after a year of doing so I am now earning PENNIES A DAY IN PASSIVE INCOME AND YOU CAN TOO!!!

Oh, Boo friggin' Hoo, Pam. In reality, you're probably cleaning up by selling your writing in a hundred or so places online. Pennies a day? Doubtful. It's probably more fair to say that you're taking financial advantage of those in third world countries, requiring the services of someone who can write the english language as well as you do. Pennies? I think not:)

Nah--not really. On a serious note, I think that in 2008, which was my first year writing online, I'll probably end up with about 8K in income from it, which is more than I expected for doing it half time. This year, I hope to be able earn enough by the end of the year to only write and nothing outside writing (like merchandising). We'll see. The thing about third world writers is that I do have to compete against them for work and they will often write for a fraction of a cent a word. I do notice it's harder to get the freelance gigs now than it was at the beginning of 2008. Still, some people don't only look at price, so I still can pick stuff up. I wish I had more time to write what I want though instead of writing descriptions of foot powder and skateboards.
LOL Pam, do you have to try out your products before you can write about them with conviction? I can see you in my imagination whirling past me on a skateboard surrounded by a cloud of white foot powder that trails back in the direction you appeared from.
