Jim - I really do like carrot juice but it's quite expensive. I try to drink one glass of cranberry juice a day and yes, iced tea counts (though if you drink it sweet there's probably more sugar than is good for you). I really need to get a juicer too.
This is a very useful hub, thanks for sharing.

A friend told me that green tea causes constipation. Is it true?
Strand - Just like coffee, the caffeine in green tea can cause side effects but only if taken in large quantities.
This is a very useful and informative hub as it points out the importance of juices. Juices are essential for our body and they are easily assimilated. Thanks for listing them. Nice hub.

Thanks for the great drink suggestions. I am hoping one of these days I will put the money aside for a juicer so I can have fresh juice all of the time. Well I've got the OJ, apple and the cranberry juice covered. I also drink lots of iced tea if that counts. I don't like tomato juice at all and I don't drink beer. Since I don't have a juicer it might be a little tricky for me to squeeze some carrots. But, I do really like Sobe's Orange Carrot drink.
