10 minute workout DVDs are a series of great home workouts which are especially great for those that are short on time. The DVDs contain 5 workouts which are 10 minutes each. You can do one workout at a time, all 5 workouts together or mix and match any of the workouts to create a customised routine. There are various DVDs aimed at toning up different parts of the body. Themes of the DVDS include pilates, kickboxing, toning trouble zones, blasting off belly fat and dancing.

I have recently bought the Blast off Belly Fat 10 minute solution and I am very impressed. I am determined to tone my stomach since having my son 2 years ago. However, it's difficult to find the time when I work part time and look after a toddler. Therefore the 10 minute solution DVD is a great idea for me. I can always find 10 minutes in the day when my son is napping or in the evening when he's gone to bed. Despite each workout only being 10 minutes long they are very challenging and you can really feel the exercises working. I quite often feel sore the next day but this means that it must be doing some good! Don't buy it unless you are prepared to work those abs hard. The workouts are varied and include a pilates workout and a cardio workout as well as three challenging abs workout. It's one of the best fitness DVDs that I own.
