10 Minute Trainer is built into 10 minute modules that give you a surprisingly good workout in that short period of time. Now, before you start rolling your eyes - hear me out. The whole idea of 10 Minute Trainer is not to simply do one 10 minute module a day and expect to turn into a fitness model (although it would be better than doing nothing at all).
Tony's program allows you to squeeze in a 10 minute module in the morning, and possibly stacking two modules later in the day.
