This is just to provide some info about why passive income is better than the linear income where you trade time for money. Sort of an intro to people who are curious about passive income.

As we all should know, a JOB (Just Over Broke) is a terrible way to live if thats all your doing for your main income. Jobs are just supposed to be something you do for extra money and to maybe meet some new people and get some new experiences , but the absolute worst way to get ahead financially.

In a job you're basically selling your time. This is linear income. And the only way you make more money in a job is to work more hours, but the problem is that you need both the time and the money instead of having all the money but no time to enjoy the activities that more money provides.

So therefore the key to having both time and money is called passive income, which is when you still recieve money without having to do anything to get it. Sure there is some initial action to take to get everything up and running but then the fruits of the labor will be reality.

Some great ways to generate passive income are real estate (works great for Donald Trump), residual income (actors recieve royalty money for years after making a movie), selling things on ebay (all you really have to do is list an item for sale and then ship it to the buyer. And maybe answer item inquiries).

One of my favorite methods is to start a home business or more specifically an internet business or activity.

The main thing is to take that first step and just start something where the money is made automatically without you having to put in all the time and effort yourself.
