You read it right, there are things that you don't even know that you don't know. Many of us are quite literally fatloss idiots. It is ture that many of us know to ask these questions about the Every Other Day Diet...

  • What’s the best diet plan for me?

Yet there are 10 hidden, bodyfat questions about fatloss dieting that we don't even think to ask. In this article we will have room to look at the first 3 hidden bodyfat questions.

HIDDEN QUESTION 1:

“What’s The Best Dietary-Fat To Eat To Get Rid Of Bodyfat?”

"What are you talking about? Eat fat to lose fat? Have you been chasing white rabbits down holes in the ground?"

No, not really. It is a little understood fact that there is healthy bodyfat, that the body needs fat to operate correctly, and certain kinds of fat help it actually achieve quick fatloss and get rid of its overall bodyfat supplies! Here are the top two fats you should eat for quick fatloss.



  • Coconut oil is ideal to cook with. Use that in place of all the starchy foods you may be eating. You’ll have quick fatloss… and you’ll be a ton more healthy too.
    Coconut oil keeps you satisfied longer, lubricates your joints, and yes… actually helps you get rid of stubborn bodyfat. When you are fatloss dieting use 1 tablespoon per 50 lbs per day, but be sure to decrease your starchy carbs (breads, rice, potatoes, etc.)
  • CLA is a form of (gasp!) transfat… but it’s a healthy form that helps your body get rid of bodyfat. You can only get it in supplement-form… well, that’s the best way. Alright, put away the pitchforks and torches. I should have said that cardio is not all that relevant to quick fatloss dieting. True, you can lose weight doing extreme cardio but a lot of that may not be coming from fatloss! Take a look at some triathletes, they do not look particularly healthy. Resistance training along with some moderate cardio will help you achieve quick fatloss and get fit the best.

"What? You've got to be kidding? I should be the thinnest guy on the block!"

Hold on a minute the Every Other Day Diet does not just "let" you eat pizza; it DEMANDS that you eat it! Of course we are not talking 24/7.
