Here are 10 suggestions for healthy snacks, complicated and not easy to find in grocery stores. Several are even "home" in no time. In my fridge and my pantry, I reserve a space for food to take in order to find easily.


Healthy snacks - Nutritious biscuits

Those with figs, dates or the oatmeal-grapes make something other than sugar and fat. Whenever possible, I avoid those that contain hydrogenated vegetable oil by making a detour on the side of natural foods. This will be my first idea on healthy snacks.
