Try some of the following and take control over your health.
1. Change over to olive Oil or Canola Oil.
2. Increase your intake of garlic.
3. Have up to two glasses of red wine per day, note be aware of health limits, don't drive afterwards!

7. Get rid of the butter and by hearth healthy margarines.
8. Eating more fruits and vegetables. Try oatmeal at breakfast - look for high fiber foods to sneak into your diet.

10. Read the ingredients on things you buy and comparing them with similar brands and swap to the healthier alternatives.
