Hub Challenge - Goal Reached
I started my Hub Challenge journey with How to get the best out of the Hub Challenge and was the first one to kick start the journey. Now I am publishing this Hub (my 100th Hub) on lessons learned during the Challenge and probably am the last person to complete the challenge successfully. The others who have completed the journey are themoneyking, travelerhubs, racidtaste, Hal Licino, lindagoffigan, dwilliamson and ysdata. Somehow I am not amazed to see that many of those who have started the challenge have gone missing. Anyways, I am happy that I have participated and reached the magical figure of 250 Hubs after adding the 100 of the Hub Challenge. However, the journey was a learning experience. What have I learned?
Competitions are good: Competitions
give you an opportunity to prove your worth. It also helps in getting you
disciplined. When you have a goal to reach you cannot give excuses. I could not
stick on to my plan and was distracted several times because of my
own responsibilities. So I had to cover a backlog of 10 hubs today to reach the
finishing line. Now that I have finished I feel good. This has increased the confidence I have in myself.
Staying
Focused Works: When my
other works kept me away from writing and I went behind my own schedule. It would
have been easy to give up when things were not going well. But I decided that
whatever happens I would not give up trying till the last moment. Many who have
started gave up within days of starting but the winners are those who stay focused
on the goal and achieve it despite of the Obstacles. Congratulations to all who have reached the finishing line!
Involving Friends can keep you motivated: I had friends and referrals who knew that I was participating in the challenge. So whenever I they saw me online they checked on my progress and even motivated me. When I take up an assignment I always finish it come whatever may and my own positive outlook helped me in not giving up.
I can write on a lot of Topics: Finding topics to write 100 hubs in 30 days is not an easy task. Many times I have had people telling me that “I have read your articles. You write on Gemstones and Hindu Mantras”. So I decided that I am going to write on a variety of other subjects with the same ease I write about gemstones or mantras and did it too.
Writing Hubs in Groups is a good Idea: From the time I joined hubpages I have always wrote hubs in groups. My 250 Hubs belongs to 15 major Groups like Religion, Gemstones, Numerology, Astrology, Health, Icons, Rudraksha Beads, Travel, Gender and Relationships and so on. That way promoting hubs also becomes easier and you would never be having a shortage of topics.
Finally, I would like to thank all my fans and well wishers who have supported and encouraged me in my journey. Without all of you I could not have accomplished my Goals. Here are my 100 Hubs of the HubChallenge, I would appreciate your visit.

Thanks Hawkesdream. I feel good reaching there too.
I read your all hubs on all topics.....Congrats to achieve this target.
Thanks for the appreciation. I was fed up of people branding me as an expert on hindu mantras and gemstones only when I can write on a lot of other topics too. I think I have done that successfully with topics like relationships, health and astrology through this challenge..
Congratulations, Anamika. I like your writing in a variety of topics. Also, thanks for mentioning me in this hub.
It is obvious you like writing. It seems like you write 1 hub every 2 days. that is good. Keep it up.
