Every Child Born has a Unique Soul Purpose.  I believe that mine is to encourage, educate, and inspire women and men to create 100% Trauma Free Birth Environments to bring their newborn children in through.

My name is Grace Murdock, known in some circles as "Grace Sea". I am a Performance Artist, Certified Yoga Therapy Teacher, Certified Doula, and Spirit Based Life Coach living in Sebastopol California.  I offer a service called "Sentient Birth Coaching" and my mission is three fold.

Sentient Birth Coaching offers Men and Women Powerful Tools to tap into the Creative Energy which is present from Conception through Birth and Beyond (if consciously accessed).  These tools empower parents to discover their own Life Purpose, unravel  and release their own birth traumas, and to become more intimate as partners, parents, and individuals.

Sentient Birth Coaching supports and en.courages men to step fully into the process of pregnancy, owning it as a right of passage for themselves, and creating the Supportive Networks and Initiation Rites that they deserve which will empower their capabilities as embodied Men and Fathers in the world.       

Sentient Birth Coaching acknowledges every child born as a "Sentient" Being with a Unique Life Purpose and supports Women and Men in the exploration of creating Healing Birth Environments which honor and support the divinity of the child being born.

Stephen Gaskin is quoted in "Spiritual Midwifery" as saying:

"When a child is born, the entire Universe has to shift and make room.  Another entity capable of free will, and therefore capable of becoming God, has been born.  In that way, every child's birth is exactly like the birth of a world teacher.  Every child born is a living Buddha.  Some of them only get to experience this for a moment, because nobody believes it.  Nobody knows it, and they get treated like they're dumb.  Babies are not dumb. Just because they don't speak your language doesn't meant they're dumb.  A newborn infant is just as intelligent as you are.  When you're relating with (them), you should consider that you are relating with a very intelligent being who just doesn't speak your language yet." 

A last note.  You never get a second chance to make a first impression.

The womb environment, birth experience and birth environment are every humans first impressions of life on earth.  These moments offer a well of information (ideas in formation) as to what the flavor of this earth experience will be. (Consider with some devoted attention the messages we offer to newborns in a hospital setting, through circumcision, or in the quality of touch in the first hands to contact your child). 

If we, as a conscious culture, continue to empower ourselves to create natural, loving, highly healing birth environments, we are empowering generations to come.  Impressing the future with our ability to love, honor and heal the world.
