THE 10 SIMPLE STEPS TO REAL DEMOCRACY IN AMERICA - STARTING NOW

In this year's Presidential Election, ALL the candidates from both parties are claiming to be the Agent of Change, and most are using the word REAL CHANGE in their banners, bumper stickers and campaign literature.

This is because they all know that the American people are fed up with business as usual in national politics.

But, these people, all of whom are multi-millionaires, have butlers, cooks, other servants working for them all day long, are not really sincere about bringing us REAL CHANGE. How do I know? Because NOT ONE of them, outside of Senator Mike Gravel, are talking about supporting NATIONAL BALLOT MEASURES, the one really democratic method of passing laws that serve the interests of the PEOPLE, not the Special Interests, the big corporations and industry lobbyists.

It is time for REAL CHANGE and we can achieve it by following the 10 Simple Steps I have put forth in order to achieve a REAL DEMOCRACY in America in the next few years.

They all use the word, telling us we live in a DEMOCRACY, but they are all liars. America is NOT a democracy yet, but it soon could be, with your help and participation. We need you to help because if not you, Who? If not now, When?

The 10 Simple Steps to Real Democracy

STEP Number One:

We must gather into a large organization demanding Real Change, not just the useless and empty promises made by all the politicians. Most political ideas that are launched in this country and become policy of the land are created by one of the two major parties. This is a very limited mindset. None of them, for example know how to balance a budget, create a world wide peaceful strategy, or keep jobs here in America, protect our borders, or even defeat a lowly band of criminals who are changing our country every day, stripping us of our constitutional rights and wrecking our economy. We must get through this step soon, or face the greatest disaster in history.

# 2. As soon as we have banded together numbering in the millions, we can start to influence the current group of politicians into at least giving some thought to the idea of National Ballot Measures.

# 3. At the same time, we can busy ourselves by recruiting the greatest amongst us, the most promising minds, the most caring and loving individuals who will perform to our specifications once elected to office. This is not a political party, but a mindset. The two political parties seem to recruit only lawyers or preachers or actors such as Hillary Clinton, John Edwards, Barack Obama, Mitt Romney, Mike Huckabee, Rudy Guiliani, Fred Thompson, Ronnie Reagan, etc. Why aren't teachers, police officers, factory workers, taxi cab drivers, construction workers ever allowed to run for office?

# 4. We start a NATIONAL BALLOT MEASURE DEMONSTRATION SITE where our best ideas can be promoted to national attention and then voted on over the Internet by the electorate and the ones that WIN A MAJORITY OF OUR VOTES are elevated to LAW or Public Policy. The creative energy, the great suggestions, from millions of people are never put to work in this country and are even ignored by this political system. The war in Iraq has the vast majority of Americans in complete disagreement. We were lied to and the current administration is incompetent in dealing with the terrorists. We're wasting this country's blood and treasure and yet our President and MOST of our Congress is allowing it to go on and on. What's wrong with this picture? They'll pander to us by telling us we're so lucky to live in a DEMOCRACY, yet, where is this Democracy? Certainly not here.

# 5. We REWARD with cash prizes, the citizens who are able to create the BEST SOLUTIONS to our most pressing National Problems. For example, one of us has suggested that we merely increase the Taxable Income Limit for Social Security tax to UNLIMITED INCOME. This simple change to the U.S. Tax Code would save Social Security to the year 2075. Then, we might be forced to do something else. Until then, we wouldn't have to worry about abandoning the support our senior citizens in their retirement. This idea should be REWARDED so demonstrate how the system of National Ballot Measures could greatly help this country in finding solutions fast and efficiently. Another great idea that comes from one of us is to Ban the Lobbyists from Washington D.C., make it a FELONY to pay money or give benefits of any kind to any government official. That would help stem the tide of laws that are written solely in favor or an industry, and against the benefit of the consumer. This idea should win a HUGE PRIZE and later on, made into law, after we voted on it and only if it passed by the majority of 2/3 of the electorate. Another great potential WINNER is to create a special Armed Force, a combination until composed of our best Marines, Air Force personnel, Navy men and women, etc, whose SOLE JOB it is to find and either take prisoner or kill Osama Bin Laden. Until this maniac and all his followers are brought to justice there can be no peace in this world. We are spending ourselves into BANKRUPTCY by using ALL our armed forces to fight terrorism and they're not even deployed in the right country. This unit would have the authority from the American people to go into any country, any village, anywhere on the planet to seek out and destry the greatest threat to peace and security in the history since Adolph Hitler. Another great idea that could win the prize that comes from one of us: To tax foreign oil imported into this country and the proceeds used to subsidize Alternative Energy companies, such as Solar, Wind, Hydrogen, Bio-fuels etc. so that eventually they might compete with Oil and make our country less dependent on the Arabs for our economy.

# 6. With all of the publicity generated from the previous steps, we begin to take on huge numbers of members, and when we reach the critical mass, around 5 million people, we will be strong enough to influence Congress to do the right thing. It may take another 50 million of us to make them do the right thing. We don't know until we get there. Using the WEB 2.0 for political change is unchartered territory. Sooner or later, we force the 28th Amendment.

# 7. We continue to adapt the Internet for use as the Greatest TOOL of DEMOCRACY in the history of the world. We devise new political access websites, new voting security protocols, new educational software, enhanced online community connectivity, that educate the electorate on the REAL ISSUES and the BEST POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS in a matter of hours. We continually update and improve the technical infrastructure so that NO VOTER IS LEFT BEHIND. Public access to the Internet is guaranteed to all voters by use of the schools and libraries, hospitals and churches all with plenty of computing power to connect those who cannot afford to pay for Internet Access.

# 8. We work with Congress to convert more and more current elected representatives to help us create and pass the 28th Amendment for Real Democracy. Those who do NOT cooperate or who work against us are put on a TOP TEN LIST of PARTY POOPERS, those who must be shunned and never voted for again. Those who help us win a Real Democracy in Congress and cooperate with us in the formulation and instigation of the Real Democracy Amendment are aided by our volunteers in order to gain reelection. New candidates are chosen from each district in the country to run against the Party Poopers. One by one we get the Elected Representatives who really intend to represent us, the MISSING MAJORITY in American Politics.

# 9. The Congress is finally able to pass the 28th Amendment - THE N.B.M.A. The National Ballot Measure Amendment

"Section 1. The right of citizens of the United States to vote on issues they deem the most urgent and of National importance through the process of a National Initiative ballot measure which must pass by a two-thirds majority of voters, and qualified for the National Ballot by the signatures of two percent of the registered voters in any twenty-five of the states, or through a National Referendum placed on the ballot by a vote of three fourths of Congress shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any state.

Section 2. The Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation."

AND FINALLY STEP . . .

# 10 The required majority of States Ratify the 28th Amendment and From this time forth, We The People of this great nation will have the tools to create our own laws and determine our own destiny as a people. No longer will we be at the mercy of men like Lyndon Baines Johnson, Richard M. Nixon, Ronald Reagan, Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton, or George W. Bush. No President since FDR has given us the kind of government we deserve. THE WILL OF THE MAJORITY must be served in every law, every policy we put forth. BUT, only through National Ballot Measures, REAL DEMOCRACY can the will of the majority actually be served.

We will be a TOTALLY FREE and DEMOCRATIC NATION for once and for all time. Every other nation on the Earth will envy us and emulate us as often and as much as they can. The world will live in Peace because the ridiculous cries for constant war strictly to benefit the Military Industry Complex will be held at bay.
