How To Promote Your Network Marketing Business
67
There is nothing wrong with promoting your content as long as you follow the rules of the location where you're promoting. In this article you'll learn what are some of the different ways to marketing your business and how to choose the way you want to promote yourself. You'll learn what spam is and avoid it in your marketing, overly promotional content, attractive content vs unattractive content and group mindsets on social sites.
How do you want to promote yourself? Do you want to go with more promotional content or less promotional content? It's ok to promote on the internet. Google promotes their ads everywhere and nobody accuses them of spam and you shouldn't either. It's just how it's perceived and where it's accepted. People can promote by providing value while showing that they're not promoting just to make money. If you have a lot of content at different locations under 250 words with lots of links that can be seen as overly promotional. If you create content with less links and make the article longer with more value it will be less promotional but could be seen as overly promotional anyway by some with a scarcity mindset.
Spam is usually someone who bought your email address or found it somewhere and are usually promoting something that winds up in your email box. If you created duplicate copies of an article and had people send it all over the internet it would be considered spam. Most students in network marketing are creating their own content and are hoping to create value to the network marketing community. Sometimes people will use the word spam to create attention or start a controversial topic.
Overly promotional content is something to think about. Web 2.0 sites have different rules regarding how many links you can have in your content. Ezine articles are stricter than say Hub Pages. You have got to follow the rules of whatever web 2.0 pages you are working on. If you get flagged the site tells you about it and you change it. Most people do promote within the rules but some make mistakes and change it up. People have different opinions on what is overly promotional. The main attribute to leadership is to never be afraid of what people think or say.
Attractive content is promoting with value to others by teaching or updating people on things that they find interesting, helpful or entertaining. Unattractive content is just trying to get your links out there without creating value to people. If it's so obvious that you're just getting your links out there to sell it is considered unattractive promotion. Someone might see your content as spam as others might see it as something valuable. By following the rules of sites like Hubpages or Ezine Articles you'll be ok.
Never worry about people with a scarcity mindset. When you come into a new social site like Hub Pages and you comment and you're an outsider people become suspicious of you and that's natural. Some people are more able to accept someone new than others but this is a reality and don't be suprised if you're never accepted by people that have a working relationship and have known each other for a while.
These are other people who get upset whenever you make money or think you shouldn't make money. People with a scarcity mindset are bothered that you may be here to make money in a business and show others how to make money in a business. You are never going to please everybody so don't let it bother you. Even if your still learning to create your own content don't be afraid to put it out there.
You want to promote your content to attract people who would be interested in what you have to offer and be successful in a home business. Find people who want to promote their business and don't have a scarcity mindset. These people could be your target audience. If your content is promotional it is written for this target market.
By applying what you've learned here you'll be able to promote anything you feel is a value to others while having an abundance mindset. Finding the right people to promote to will be easier and will help others become successful in their business. You'll write attractive content others will enjoy reading by solving a problem they might have. You'll know how to not get flagged on social sites while while becoming a leader in your target market and you'll never have to worry about promoting your content.

Very informative hub, have bookmarked it. Regarding your question, it does not really bother me either way, we all have freedom of choice, to read or not to read and of course there is the delete button.
