Hallelujah! Thank God I survived writing for Hub Pages and now I have completed my first year of writing and am writing on the 50th hub. How did it happen and did I accomplish anything of importance?

It happened by chance. My brother from Houston came to Toronto to see my sister who was having ovarian cancer. He stayed with me three days and said there would be a very promising future for writing in Hub Pages and asked whether I was interested. He explained the advantages to me, but I absolutely refused and he did not upbraid me for my decision. The love I have for God has turned the tragedy in our family into something positive and an important step in on line ministry. For the next few days my mind kept thinking about the advantages of Hub Pages and I could not get the thought out of my mind. It seemed to take hold of me and would not let my mind go free. My brother was leaving Toronto on the 4th day for Vancouver where my other brother lived and he was also having prostate cancer. So on the fourth day of his visit, I decided to join Hub Pages. I thank God for making the right decision eventually.

I prayed to God for guidance and He gave me assurance that I would be able to reach out not only to Christians but to non-Christians as well. Praise and thank God for my changed attitude and now I am now fully committed to writing for Hub Pages which has progressed in spreading the gospel. Thank God for that.

MY FIRST HUB AND FIRST GOOGLE PAGE ONE RANK

UNDER GOD'S GRACE

The prophecy in Isaiah 4:1 is linked to Revelations 2 and 3 where Jesus reveals that all churches have some flaw in them and that they must change before being accepted by God.

When I wrote my first hub, I was not aware of such a thing as Google First Page Rank and was surprised when I learnt of it much later. I allowed God to lead me and God gave me the surprise.

I want to point out to those who have not read the Bible that God loves them too, and has provided food to cure various diseases in the beginning of the creation of the world. God is a loving God and He has spread different food to various parts of the world so that they can communicate and trade what they have with those who have not. People shoud learn to live amicably with each other by trading their products for the things they need.

The fans are an integral component to the success of the hubs. They form the core of the support of the hubber. The more fans one has, the more the readership will likely be. But the majority of the readers are not geared towards religion and hence I cannot compete with the rest of the crowd.

I thank all my 240 fans in the Hub Pages for helping me to achieve what I have accomplished in a year, and the team of HubPages.com for starting the organization. The Hubber Fans are talented authors and comes from a variety of occupations, from doctors, poets, pastors, engineers, teachers, writers, business men, etc. It is indeed, a very valuable and viable organization for reaching the public for which I am greatly indebted. I am very greatful that I have fans from both the religious and the non-religious Christian groups. Many are from different religions. Fortunately, most of those from other religions do read my hubs even if they do not agree with what I write. This is good as we have to be tolerant of others who are different from us. Hopefully, they may change their minds. I salute them all for being my fans. I am unable to name them all because of the numbers but I thank them for being my fans.

From the comments of my fans, you can see some of them have different view points from me, but they are still my fans. I am glad to have diversity of views but who knows the fans may not change their views in the future when they see the greatness, mercy and love of God.

I am disappointed that my objective to spread the good news to the public has not been fully realized. Those attracted to view the hubs have chosen to view hubs relating to foods which can cure cancer rather than those that can help them spiritually. However, I can see signs of a lot non Christians seeking for cure. Hopefully when they read more of the hubs on religion, they may be subconsiously absorbing the goodness of God and come to the reality of worshipping the true God and Saviour of mankind.
