ala luxurious full body spa - but easy, quick, and at just a fraction of a cost

Do you suddenly feel old when you look into the mirror? Maybe all you need is a full body bath - a quick moisturizing one - to renew your skin's suppleness. If you don't have the time and the money for a luxurious full body spa, you don't have to worry 'cause the answer might just be inside your own home; and, an effective skin moisturizing regimen doesn't really have to take long hours. All you have to do is include these vital steps in your regular weekend indulgent baths. (By indulgent - I mean - your once in a week bath with full body scrub, complete with other hygiene care as shaving, foot soak, nail trimming, or whatever special treatments you fancy yourself to pamper at least once a week.) Here's how:

Run the hot water continuously to create steam in your bath. After your regular soaping, shampooing and scrubbing, dilute about 1/8 cup of lotion to 2 cups of hot water in a small plastic container. Run the solution all over your body massaging as you go. Let stay for at least two minutes. And that's it! Your own moisturizing home spa - easy, quick, and at just a fraction of a cost. You'll feel young and fresh.

Just remember to keep the hot steam when you do this regimen; And do it after a good clean scrubbing so that your skin's open pores effectively absorb your home-made body softener; Also, use the best available body lotion - something with extra-moisturizing ingredients as shea butter or milk. ~Ae Dechavez
